BECK'S BEER
Beck's is the No. 1 German beer in the world - sold in over 120 countries around the world and one of the fastest growing premium brands globally and in Germany. The green longneck bottle with its distinctive silver foil neck label and key logo stands for superior German quality around the world.
Beck's was first brewed in Bremen, Northwest Germany in 1873. Within one year of its launch, Beck's received its first domestic award from Crown Prince Frederick and its first international prize in the USA in 1876.These medals, together with the "key" symbol of Bremen, still appear on the Beck's label today.
Beck's is brewed according to Reinheitsgebot, the German beer purity law, which dictates that only four natural ingredients can be used in its brewing: barley, hops, yeast and water.
A German-style pilsener lager, Beck's is instantly recognisable by its crisp, fresh palate and slightly bitter aroma. Distinctive and refreshing when enjoyed on its own, Beck’s is also a perfect balance for strong tastes, like European cheeses and meats.
